Owners of independently owned and operated tourism businesses in BruceGreySimcoe can now access support through the unique T3 Accelerator program.
T3 Accelerator is a coaching program targeted specifically towards independently owned and operated tourism enterprises in Grey, Bruce and Simcoe counties. The program allows established businesses to apply for coaching assistance to develop their business and to succeed. 
T3 Accelerator offers established business owners a personalized approach to help achieve success by:
Increasing productivity and profitability
Becoming an effective leader and manager
Improving marketing, sales and customer service
Creating new tourism experiences and products
After completing an application, successful applicants undergo an extensive assessment of their business operations and tourism offerings.  The assessment is undertaken by an experienced team of general business and tourism specialists to identify business development strategies.  Based on the assessment, owners then receive the appropriate coaching and resources from the T3 Team and partner organizations. Central to the program are the volunteer coaches, who share their expertise in various areas including marketing, social media practices, human resources, business management, experience development and others.
The T3 Accelerator program provides participants with:
Business Assessment: An extensive review of your business and the tourism experiences you offer
Business Coaching: Targeted toward the specific needs of your business
Business Education: Connect to upcoming courses, workshops and resources
Cost to participate is a one-time fee of $200 and, once accepted, the business owner has access to the program’s resources.  There is no expiry or renewal date.
